Basic Principle:
 

ABRANE® is an aerobic / anoxic activated sludge process combined with advanced membrane separation to obtain tertiary effluent for wastewater / greywater recycling application. The system consists of high concentration biomass and flat sheet type membrane specially designed for wastewater application.

 

Technical Research:
 

With actual lengthy on-site operation and conduction & verification of various theoretical tests such as bio-kinetic test, oxygen consumption test and sludge production rate & etc., ABRANE® demonstrated its ability to produce a stable & excellent effluent complied with the most stringent effluent discharge standards.

ABRANE®is a simple, compact, fully automatic, low O & M and sustainable design replace the conventional treatment plant leading to an ultimate solution for wastewater treatment. It's high concentration MLSS up to 18,000 mg/l and long sludge age generates only 45% of sludge compared with conventional treatment process.

The quality of the effluent well exceeds the water reuse standards set out by HKSAR, WHO & USEPA. The effluent can be reused for:

Container ABRANE:
 
The plant consists of covered GRP line steel tank, screening facility, air blower, diffusers, permeate pump instrumentation & PLC control.
Particularly designed for small capacity plant at remote area. No routine operational visit is required. Mobile & no major civil work is required and the whole plant will be delivered in one lot. Easy delivery and installation.
